Tom Tunaley
b. 1857, Derby.
m. Elizabeth Ringer, 1877, Derby.
Tom d. 1930, Derby.
Documents show that "Jack" enlisted in the Army
13-10-1914 (occupation before joining given as
"Twist Hand") and suggest that like Albert Percy
Tunaley (b. 1896) of Leicester, Jack went
through the war suffering from the effects of
gas poisoning. In this case, the evidence is
not explicit but documents show that Jack was
still suffering from bronchitis in 1921.
